Yep, we're still playing FF14 and still raiding. XD The last major patch hit mid March, but I guess we never said anything about the raids. '_' For Stormblood's eight-person raids, they're taking the players back to some old fights from the old numbered classic games. The first part was all Final Fantasy 5 themed, while the current part is all Final Fantasy 6 themed, complete with remixed boss themes to their appropriate games. I'm getting such a huge kick at being immersed in the fanservice of my childhood.~ +u+ -especially since they chose such memorable fights such as the Phantom Train (complete with ghosts and the "Greatest Swordsman," Siegfried!!). It's such a shame that they didn't have the players fighting the train on foot while being chased by it like how it is in Final Fantasy 6, but it's understandable. XD For those who don't know, in the raid, you fight the train on the tail end cart of a train that's being followed by the Phantom Train. I guess it's kinda similar to being chased. '_' We're still working our way up through the bosses to the big "Dancing Mad" one. ^_- I'm excited! We didn't get to fight Neo Exdeath Savage yet from the previous part, so I'm really looking forward to going back to tackle that later too!

I really hope that the next segment of the raid will be Final Fantasy 4. I guess it's probably unlikely though because, why would they put the raid battles out of chronological order? -especially since, I guess, FF7, such a huge fan favorite, is next in line numerically. '_' I'm wayyy more excited to fight Zeromus in space with stars and dust whizzing past the battle stage than fighting Sephiroth in a sunlight and clouds arena. XD

Anyway, still loving Final Fantasy 14! Love it so much! <3
