Cuddling up has always been a big deal for me ever since I was a kid. I had to have multiple pillows, one for between my legs (I'm a side sleeper), one to hug, and another one for my head, obviously. An additional one for my back was alway nice, but not required-- not like the first three. Whenever I would go to stay at someone's house and I only saw two pillows on their bed, I would think "what sort of monster lives here?". Especially when they expected two people to sleep in said bed. Utter madness. Turns out some people don't like to be surrounded by snuggly goodness and I guess that's okay, masochism is a thing, after all.

It actually took Pie a while to get used to cuddling as she had an aversion to it at first. So we went maybe a couple years into our relationship and living together before starting to cuddle to sleep and it was as if we opened up this whole new level of love and connectedness. In hindsight, it should be really obvious and like a "'You don't say?', sarcastically said in low breath", sort of moment, but still! At the time, it was groundbreaking and just in the way you can have a great bedgasm at the end of a day, you can also have a pretty spectacular cuddlegasm too! I have to admit that the stars have to align juuuust right for that (I swear Pie and I fit together like a hand fits in a glove, so not all couples might get the sensation), but if it happens. OH MAN LOOK OUT.

Oh! In gaming news, a friend is gifting Pie a Nintendo Switch! Which is, of course, super incredibly generous of them! So she and I have started to get excited about a bunch of different games for it. They are even gifting us a game, and we decided on Octopath Traveler, so hopefully that might result in a comic since it seems to be so well enjoyed. Another game I've been really excited about lately, that granted isn't a Switch exclusive (I thought it was at first), is Dragon Quest Builders! Pie and I have been interested, but it was always a casual interest. Then at one of our board game nights that we've been hosting, one of Kat's friends that she met through a Gamer Lady Meetup was playing it on her Switch and it started to seep into my consciousness. Well! Recently Kat asked to borrow it and she's been playing it and I've been watching her and now I have an itch to start my own file >.> Watching her is a nice bonding activity, granted, but I wannnaaaa plaaaay... *starts making motions to place blocks in the sky*
