Cecilia shared with me the musical film The Greatest Showman a couple of days ago, and boy have I been pretty obsessed about it lately. XD -it's pretty neat too since it really came out of left field; I hadn't even heard of the movie before a few days ago and knew nearly nothing about it before sitting down to watch it.

I'm surprised to say that it's probably one of my favorite musical films of all time, alongside Little Shop of Horrors (1986) and Nightmare Before Christmas. The Greatest Showman just touches me personally in so many ways; It's so full of emotion and relatable themes, and brimming full of very amazing music and fun choreography. I couldn't help to chuckle at certain screen transitions and the sharp minor details that bring everything to life. I also really love the theme of striving forward, kind of like an inspiring tale of the human spirit. X3 I think the creators really put a ton of heart into it.~

Anyway, I hope some of you go and check it out, even if you're not a musical fan. It's already converted a few people from what I've heard. @u@
