I see. XD Well, it's related to a special event in Monster Hunter World in which you have to hunt down and kill a dinosaur for its body parts which you can use to craft together to make a costume of Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn. Bear wants to do the quest because she wants to dress up and be pretty like Aloy, but upon finding the monster, she can't bring herself to do it since she sees that the monster that she's hunting for body parts, like her, simply wants to be pretty and be like Aloy. It's the idea of the struggle between empathy and what she wants, and the weirdness of the monster reveal being as it is in the comic. The dinosaur isn't actually dressed like that in-game. ^^
