Ooo I'm glad you liked it! The first time I made it Roll said I added too much brown sugar too. I love super sweet though, so I couldn't even tell it had "too much"

Today was a leftover day so nothing fancy. Did have a midnight snack craving so I made some Caramel Covered Deliciousaurus. The hardest part of course was hunting for the deliciousaurus.

So tonight we had Korean Ribs with baked potatoes:



Contrary to how it may look the more burnt-looking they are the better they tend to taste. You can make them with any meat cut, though there is a specific Korean Beef Cut. Marinade in Korean BBQ sauce (usually on the ethnic/oriental aisle in supermarkets) for a day or two then throw them on the grill!

We followed them up with some milkshakes that may or may not have contained rum. May or may not.

Had some sisig today. Some kinda citrusy seasoning, sliced pork, snow peas, and onion. It was awesome.

Oh I also made rose lemonade the other day. Wash rose petals, boil petals, chill rose water, add strawberries/lemons/sugar, pour into glass pitcher.
