If you don't know, the story behind that check is that he was overcharged. Neither the customer service rep he talked to or the rep's manager could understand the difference between 1 tenth of a dollar and 1 tenth of a penny. He was supposed to be charged the latter, but was instead charged the former. As he was unable to resolve the situation, that was the check he sent them. (so the story goes on failblog, anyway.)
