This one was my first Breath of Fire game! On top of that, it was early on in my RPG playing career, so it was HARD AS HELL. Though the last time I played it (the GBA version) it still held up to the toughness I remembered, though perhaps only a little less because I knew what was coming. I think I can still stand by the fact that it was one tough-ass game.

Anyway, 20c FOR CAMEL SPIT?! Geeze, the prices have gone up so much since I was a kid! What's this world coming to? Why back in my day camel spit was at least 5c! Heck, sometimes you could walk into any corner two-animal circus and get yourself a whole bottle of camel spit for a fine song and dance! I just don't understand the times we're in...

It was Bear's idea to put the circus attraction prices in the comic. I love the idea of them selling the camel spit! XD

I thought the way Pie looks in the second to the last frame looks kinda scary, but we thought the whole wind-blown-face thing emphasizes the speed so it's fitting. I like how the background came out. =D

I really love Breath of Fire 2! >.< I do think though that the SNES version is the superior version simply due to the fact that all of the really cool character face art was redone and replaced and the overall color palette being cut-down in the GBA version. '_' I think I remember reading that the exp amounts were re-tweaked too so that you level faster too.

When I was small, Nina's and Katt's walking sprites kinda bugged me because Katt would look left and right as she walked southward and Nina kinda looked angry due to the angle of her bangs. Nina also often reminded me of super saiyans because of her yellow spike-like hair. XD

I'm glad someone else thought of Gamera too. =D -though I was thinking more of the confrontation vs Gaos (since it's actually the only movie I saw/had. =x)
