After thinking about it for a bit I realized that Ute was probably a pickup, since it was the only common type vehicle not listed. What I'm confused about is the turtle shell. Do Australian pickups harvest turtle shells and use them as a housing? haha.

Ahh, so like a Tonneau cover over the bed? I kind of prefer thinking that your "utes" are turtle hunting monsters. You should tell people that's what they do, might keep some of the crazies out of Australia! But then again it might draw them in... I'd like to see a crazy pickup steal and wear a turtle shell.

Also this double posting is bugging me. Not sure why it is doing it.

I think they're called 'camper shells' in the states, but I would love to see one with an actual turtle shell.

Oh hey, haven't posted here in awhile. I have some free time again now that my summer teaching gig was unexpectedly cut short. Don't worry, they were happy with me and my tech support on top of watching the kids (according to my supervisor, anyway) but not enough kids were enrolled in the class to justify keeping me around. So back to my FUNemployment until I find another job or go back to school and finish a computer science degree.

As our new school year is coming closer, we are being given snippets of dismal news: our principal (who I greatly admire) is leaving, our college counselor resigned (she is a good friend of mine ), our second Spanish teacher quit before she even started, and we have no assistant principal... I see me and my co-teacher getting spread even more thinly with new duties... Help...
