Also, sorry you got hurt Faerie. Get well soon. The tie-finding expedition went well, but I received a text from my date the next day stating that while painting their living room, her mother had spilled paint on the dress, so they got a new one. Now we need to go again to replace the ties. We might also go to see Hunger Games if we have time. :3

Growing up with the Simpsons had such a huge impact on me! I used to love LOVE the show and watch it over and over and over again. I had a friend in college who was also a big Simpsons fan and we would constantly throw out quotes and trivia to one another. I've not kept up with it at all though- somewhere down the line it just stopped doing it for me. I'm not sure what it was. The last good thing I saw of the series was the movie, which I thought was rather good =)

I have a couple friends who are brother and sister who have grown up with the show and sometimes they go nuts with the quotes. It's so awesome. I love the signature humor of the show. It's just so unique.

Today was a great day at class. Just what I needed. The nurse I shadowed was a wonderful lady. Errors were made, but instead of getting frustrated we just laughed. My patient was a kind man who suffered a stroke, but has a great outlook on life and has an equally amazing and supportive family who welcomed me. I managed to get a lot of work done and I managed to put my stress aside and had a good time despite working up a sweat

Been on a bit of a Noir kick lately. Might've been after playing that "Complete Edition" of LA Noire I bought recently but...

...staring at the screen, as if there were a goddess living inside, some sort of oracle that could divine the answer for him so he wouldn't have to spend the next few days banging his head on the keyboard in frustration and futility like a newborn monkey trying to figure out how a tree branch worked. It wouldn't do him any good to keep staring at this virtual version of an artist's canvas short of a coupon to get a free eye exam and...

I went back to school the other day, and i lost all the work i had done over the holidays for this massive project and am really pissed at myself.

Got school off today because of some sort of electrical malfunction... So yaaaay

I think some friends and I are going to go bowling in the meantime. Though I'm not very good at it, I'm not frustratingly bad.That is to say, I get my fair share of strikes, as well as my fair share of gutter balls xD
