I was sleeping peacefully last night and I got a really bad leg cramp all of a sudden. My girlfriend got me some pickle juice which helped, but the weirdest thing was when she firmly pressed against the space between my nose and lips ("WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!") The cramp was gone. I didn't feel any pain at all for a bit and then the soreness arrived, but what mattered was I didn't have to endure the cramp. She said she had read that applying pressure to the upper lip or the space in between the big toe and 2nd toe are pressure points that help stop leg cramp pain.
