Hmm...I feel like its really tough to find good management though, so changing on that basis may be a bad idea. If you can get to the point where you can largely ignore them and don't let them ruin your days, then that would be the best advice I could give.

One thing that I might suggest if you are really interested in moving on is being on the lookout for good people that you would want to work for or alongside. Field some questions with the staff and ask how they like their jobs and what they think of management. The best way to get a candid response is by asking people you are friends with. Look for a happy work force and let that be your guide; a little effort and training may be in order, but the payoff could be huge. Keep an open mind as to what you do, you might find a drastic change into an off field with great coworkers to be a refreshing change that will revitalize you =)

Speaking of jobs, I finally have one at the supermarket a couple blocks from my house. I start on Tuesday and because it's close and I have no other commitments I can work whatever hours I need.

Well, I'll be leaving my job soon (I hope), and going back home and the heading back to school. I have only one rule that I mustn't break during that time. That rule is of course, no Jrpgs. That's what screwed me over the first time I went to College.

Pie and I have been incredibly busy the last 6 weeks. We've actually finally built up a comic backlog and should be getting finished with the last kickstarter commission within the next week or so (we're so sorry it took so long ThePaul!). Also, we're going to be working on the mini-comic right afterward and even though we're really busy, everything feels really great!

Before we started, like I mentioned before, I was in the middle of getting out of some general emotional malaise. Even though it effected me for months, I finally had this sort of spiritual and emotional epiphany and everything just started to come together. What I want to do and how I want to progress...there were just a lot of things on my mind and it felt like I was searching for an answer I didn't quite know the question to. Ever since then, I feel like I'm on a sort of high, working on all cylinders again. Comic ideas are coming more easily, we're being more productive, creative, proactive and social. I feel like we're finally taking the steps into being pro and I couldn't feel happier! =D

Work is going well and a I'm really enjoying it. Although the 4:30 starts are having a noticeable effect on my afternoon energy levels.
