Apparently the Guardian Cross card game I've been playing since forever is now on Android finally, if you're getting it (on android or iphone) use my invite code so we can both get stuff! LE30618

Also what's new is somehow for like 2 weeks I've been getting only a little sleep and it's somehow not caught up with me yet, lol. I have too much work, baby time, and game time to do! No time for sleep!

I started work off this morning thinking that it would be a good day, everything was stacked full, plenty of stock already taken off to be used as cuts, and my boss wasn't in (people don't like him much). But then the fresh lettuce didn't arrive with the load so we had to get it sent separately, I thought "should be ok, I'll just do that last". I didn't arrive until I was half way through my shift. Not long after we notcied the lettuce was missing, it came to my attention that the oranges also weren't there, they had been sent to Munno Para, and by the time I left they still hadn't arrived.

On the plus side, earlier last week this little beauty arrived:

It's my FemShep Bishoujo statue and it looks great, really cool. She stands next to Master Chief, and together they guard my pile of spare change /swt2

Moved back onto my college campus today for the Fall semester. Looking forward to classes, hanging out with friends, and possibly meeting new people. Also, I'm trying to transfer from one Kroger store to another so I can continue to have some income during the year. I will have my car with me, after all. Need some way to pay for gas (and video games. :3 )

So I finally got around to getting some steel cap work shoes. It means that I don't have to worry about hurting my toes when I kick all the old people asking if we have any smaller bananas.

EXCUSE ME! COME HERE, FOLLOW ME! THAT'S IT, RIGHT OVER HERE! YOU SEE THIS?! YOU SEE THESE BANANAS?! ARE WE LOOKING AT THE SAME THING?! THESE BANANAS, THE ONES RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! THESE ARE THE ONLY ONES WE HAVE, GOT IT?! GOOD! IF THEY ARE TOO BIG THEN I'M SORRY, BUT I CAN'T CHANGE THAT! AND I AM CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO GO LOOKING THROUGH ALL OF THE BOXES WE HAVE, TRYING TO FIND YOU SOME SMALLER ONES! IS THAT ALL YOU WANTED?! NEED ANYTHING ELSE?! NO?! GOOD! I BID THEE GOOD DAY!

So I'm really starting to hate my work. Not the job but the place I work. My boss is an absolute twat that abuses all of the staff and doesn't seem to care about anyone but himself. By all accounts he shouldn't even be working there anymore, but the management doesn't give a shit. One of the guys has been seeing a psychiatrist because of the way my boss treats him and it's gotten to the point where we have to try and organise something where we all go up stairs together and make something happen, or I stop working there. But, if I quit it looks bad for when I apply for a job else where. So in summary, I am essentially fucked what ever way you look at it.

Hello again everyone!
I have been gone for a while, but I am always glad to come back here /ok
It's so easy to get consumed in my job and just forget to keep in contact with others... I just need to remind myself that I have good friends who care and like to listen to my rambling /heh

This school semester is almost over and I have been writing letters of recommendation for some of my students. It's sad to think that I won't see many of them at school anymore come the end of this school year, but I am also proud of them for being our first graduating class at our school /no1

I'll try be on here more often, and not forget that I have a cool community here with great people /lv

Holy Mother of Busy-ness Batman! I am in fact still alive, with the bonus of a baby. He's going to be 5 months old on the 13th already! He's already up to almost 17 lbs, which is crazy, and killer on the arms. The cats are great with him, especially Milo oddly enough. Giant cat loves the baby. I could spam the ever-living daylights out of the thread with pictures, but I won't because that takes far more energy than I have.

I've been back to work for a while, and while I love the cats it gets very stressful. Usually Roll and I work opposite shifts so that one of us can always stay with him, but last Friday we had to have someone else watch him. It was only for three hours, and with one of the girls I work with who has an almost 2 year old. It was still super rough. I hate being away from him! Dread it, even when he's with Roll. Hopefully by tax time I'll be able to go down to one or two days a week.

I had a very, very rough start with breastfeeding, but Roll found a support group that has really helped me get through the tough times. I'm so proud that he is 100% breastfed and hasn't had a drop of anything else. Pumping isn't easy, but it sure is easier than dealing with formula (and cheaper!) so I do that while at work and Roll bottle feeds him what I pump. I had a horrifying day at work a few weeks back where our walkie-talkies KILLED my pump. I had a meltdown, but luckily a girl from work (the same one who baby sat for us actually) had a pump I borrowed the rest of that weekend. Ameda replaced my dead one under warranty, and even overnighted me the replacement. Sorry if anyone is creeped out, but it is totally natural and what is best for him.

Not sure if Roll has said this anywhere, but he got a new job that pays more, has better benefits, and is closer. It is 3 - 10 hour days so he's still working at his old job part time. It definitely makes for a very busy schedule with me also working 3 - 10 hour days, but as I said I'm hoping to be able to go down to part time in the near future.

I haven't had a ton of time (or energy!) to play many games, but I did get a good bit of time in on Beyond: Two Souls. I'm pretty sure that I'm right near the end and just keep getting distracted by other things. I really have enjoyed the story so far, even if the timeline reminds me of the movie Momento. I played a little of Pokemon but couldn't really get into it. I know if I give it the time I would enjoy it, but on my list of stuff it has sadly been bumped pretty low. A Link Between Worlds on the other hand... I've been playing to poop out of that. Right now I think I have 2 more heart pieces left to find, and less than 15 of the octobaby things. The game is just amazing. I love it.

I'm sure there's more I could talk about, but for now here's a really cute picture of Jesse under the Christmas tree.

Wow Farore!

Sheesh...I can't believe we haven't seen each other since before he was born!! It's craaaazy. I remember Roll telling me on Steam about his new job; congrats to both of you on that!! I'm surprised to hear that he is still working part time at his old job though. I'm not even sure I can fathom how much energy all of the must take out of both of you; the breastfeeding part must be especially intense.

Pie looked at the picture and thought it was cute that Santa left you a baby for Christmas. /heh

Also, because it's super relevant!
